Terms, pricing and refunds
The service
Tallyworks Heartbeat monitors scheduled jobs: your jobs send pings, and we send alerts to the webhooks you configure when pings are late, report failure, or (with count rules) report unusual counts. We aim for reliable alerts but can't guarantee that every alert is delivered; don't make it your only safeguard for anything safety-critical.
Plans
- Free: 10 checks, at most one check-in every 5 minutes per check, webhook alerts and count rules.
- Pro: €6 per month (prices include VAT where applicable): 100 checks, 1-minute checks, anomaly detection on counts.
Pro (shown on receipts as "Tallyworks Heartbeat Pro") is a monthly subscription sold through our merchant of record (Stripe), which handles payment, invoices and VAT. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email, or by emailing us; Pro stays active until the end of the paid month, then the account returns to Free. Checks above the free limit keep running but no new ones can be added.
Refunds
If Pro didn't work for you, email us within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund that payment in full, no questions asked.
Fair use
Don't use the service to attack, overload or send alerts to systems you don't control. We may suspend accounts that do.
