Privacy

Tallyworks Heartbeat stores only what it needs to run:

• A hash of your API key (never the key itself). No name or email is required.
• Your checks: name, schedule, webhook URL.
• The last 100 pings per check: time, type and the optional count you send.

We don't use cookies, analytics or trackers. The dashboard keeps your API key in your own browser's local storage. Data is hosted on Cloudflare. Deleting a check deletes its pings.

Payments for Pro are handled by our merchant of record (Stripe) under its own privacy policy; we receive only whether your subscription is active. Contact: tallyworks.ops@gmail.com.
